石油石化企業(yè)有非常多的管路及容器。由于風(fēng)吹雨淋日曬和化學(xué)腐蝕,化學(xué)反應(yīng)爐、閥門、板式熱交換器、端蓋襯里等受到了不同程度的腐蝕,出現(xiàn)難以檢測和發(fā)現(xiàn)的保護(hù)/保溫層失效、滲漏等可能導(dǎo)致的環(huán)境危害及人員安全隱患。用熱像儀既可解決多年來棘手的設(shè)備預(yù)防性維護(hù)問題。通常檢查的目標(biāo)包括電氣設(shè)備、機(jī)械元器件、高溫管線、加熱器、儲存容器和熱交換器等等。

Petroleum and petrochemical companies have a lot of pipelines and containers. Due to wind, rain, sun and chemical corrosion, chemical reactors, valves, plate heat exchangers, end cap linings, etc. have been corroded to varying degrees, and protection/insulation failures, leaks, etc., which are difficult to detect and detect, may result in Environmental hazards and personal safety hazards. The use of thermal imaging cameras can solve the problem of preventive maintenance of difficult equipment for many years. Common inspection targets include electrical equipment, mechanical components, high temperature lines, heaters, storage vessels, and heat exchangers.

一、管道監(jiān)測

I. Pipeline Monitoring

管道無論在石油還是化工企業(yè),通常會使用管道輸送蒸汽、原料和產(chǎn)品等。通常管道外會包裹保溫隔熱層,通過紅外熱像儀可以方便地查看管道的保溫隔熱層有無損壞以及是否有泄漏。

Pipelines, whether in petroleum or chemical industries, are commonly used to convey steam, raw materials and products. Usually, the pipe is covered with thermal insulation layer. The thermal insulation layer of the pipe can be easily checked whether there is any damage and whether there is any leakage through the infrared thermal imager.

二、連接法蘭監(jiān)測

由于石化行業(yè)中大量使用了管道運(yùn)輸,所以自然會存在很多連接法蘭,安全閥與凝氣閥。由于法蘭容易發(fā)生密封問題,導(dǎo)致管道運(yùn)輸物(蒸汽、產(chǎn)品、原料)在管道法蘭處發(fā)生泄漏。而使用紅外成像技術(shù)能夠直觀、簡便、安全地發(fā)現(xiàn)泄漏處。

II. The Connection Flange Monitoring

Due to the extensive use of pipeline transportation in the petrochemical industry, there are naturally many connecting flanges, safety valves and condensing valves. Because the flange is prone to sealing problems, the pipeline transport (steam, product, raw materials) leaks at the pipe flange. The use of infrared imaging technology can find leaks intuitively, simply and safely.

三、爐罐容器監(jiān)測

鍋爐是利用燃料燃燒放出的熱能或其他能量將工質(zhì)(載熱體)加熱到一定參數(shù)的設(shè)備。而石化行業(yè)中也同時(shí)使用各種罐容器儲存產(chǎn)品與原材料。而對爐罐的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測是通過監(jiān)測爐罐容器表面的溫度是否均一,從而查出爐罐內(nèi)壁是否存在減薄,以及是否存在泄漏的潛在危險(xiǎn)。同時(shí)使用紅外設(shè)備也可以對鍋爐的熱損失進(jìn)行評估。

III. Furnace Tank Monitoring

A boiler is a device that heats a working medium (heat carrier) to a certain parameter by using heat or other energy released by fuel combustion. The petrochemical industry also uses a variety of tank containers to store products and raw materials. The real-time monitoring of the furnace tank is to detect whether there is a thinning of the inner wall of the furnace tank by monitoring whether the temperature of the surface of the furnace tank is uniform, and whether there is a potential danger of leakage. The heat loss of the boiler can also be evaluated using infrared equipment.

四、電力系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測

供電系統(tǒng)是化工行業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),確保供電系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定、安全是保證石化工業(yè)安全的先決條件。利用紅外技術(shù)更快捷找到供電系統(tǒng)的潛在問題,可以更好的減少維護(hù)的工作量并提高維護(hù)效率!

IV. Power System Monitoring

The power supply system is the foundation of the chemical industry. Ensuring the stability and safety of the power supply system is a prerequisite for ensuring the safety of the petrochemical industry. Using infrared technology to find potential problems in the power supply system more quickly can reduce the maintenance workload and improve maintenance efficiency.

五、氣體泄漏檢測

由于上述提到的管道、連接法蘭、鍋爐、存儲罐等都有氣體物質(zhì)在內(nèi)部流動(dòng)儲存。當(dāng)這些器件發(fā)生氣體泄漏時(shí),肉眼并不可見,卻容易危害石化工業(yè)的生產(chǎn)安全。由于,泄漏氣體多為有機(jī)氣體,而其對于紅外線具有一定的吸收。因此,紅外成像技術(shù)可以對泄漏氣體進(jìn)行直觀的成像,從而快捷、方便地進(jìn)行氣體泄漏的檢測,從而排查出各個(gè)危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)。

V. Gas Leak Detection

Due to the pipes, connecting flanges, boilers, storage tanks, etc. mentioned in the appeal, gaseous substances are stored inside. When these devices leak gas, they are not visible to the naked eye, but they are likely to endanger the production safety of the petrochemical industry. Since the leaking gas is mostly an organic gas, it has a certain absorption for infrared rays. Therefore, infrared imaging technology can intuitively image the leaking gas, so that the gas leak can be detected quickly and conveniently, thereby identifying various dangerous points.
